• Corporate Representation

V&B has formed hundreds of business entities, including Corporations, Partnerships, and LLCs. In addition we have reviewed hundreds of corporations whose records have not been maintained properly and have taken steps to place the entity in good standing. Lastly, we regularly perform the services of maintaining corporate records on a periodic basis for our corporate clients.

V&B is particularly skilled at collecting funds for its clients. Years of work for 
Institutional lenders and leasing companies have enabled us to develop many shortcuts to the collection process, helping clients to recover funds due them from unwilling customers and third parties.

• Lease, Contract and Employment Issues

V&B continually reviews leases and contracts, and analyzes employment issues for our clients. Our simple, direct and prompt approach to such issues makes us especially valuable to our clients, and when litigation of those matters is unavoidable we will utilize our substantial litigation experience to attain the best possible result.

• Personal Injury 

V&B has a long history of vigorously asserting the rights of our clients who have been injured through the negligent or willful acts of others.

• Estate Planning

V&B brings a very practical and efficient approach to the development of an estate plan for its clients. Such plans provide for the distribution of their estate in such a fashion to reduce taxes, avoid probate and maximize the estate for their beneficiaries.

• Referral Source 

V&B welcomes all calls from our clients on any legal matter they face. We have developed an excellent referral system for areas of law in which we do not practice, such as Worker's Compensation, Family Law and Criminal Law.
